My 7 year old quickly picked up the rules of chess. His 4 year old brother was getting frustrated he was not able to remember all the rules. This book has allowed them to play together. They both say this book gets 5 stars.

My 18 month old grandson loves to play with my chess board and this book is the perfect compliment to encourage his interest. He has such fun pressing the button and hearing me read to him. In time he'll understand how all the pieces move and hopefully it will spark his enthusiasm for playing chess.
